We were handed over to her assistant to handle everything. Jessica was not very knowledgeable and her communication was horrible. My husband works 2 hours away and she told him on a Thursday that our closing was the next day. On that Friday after he drove 2 hours home, she then said the closing was rescheduled for that Monday but did not give a time. On that Monday she sends him a text that said, “your closing is at 3 today. He had to drive back and miss another day of work. Very inconvenient.

Tried to pressure me into signing when I had questions that she could not answer with "what are you worried about", messed up one of the loan documents forcing us to resign all closing documents.

Our trust level with Sean tanked when he asked us to send information that contained sensitive information via email. We called him out on that. We should have realized the red flag and that was how the rest of the transaction would go, poorly, with disappointing communication and timing . From that day forward nothing about the process was smooth. We received numerous corrections (at least 5) that we had to sign even though we called and said there was data wrong. Find someone else .

Worst experience in 12 years in the industry I have no words to explain how awful this process was fir me as a realtor and to my client as a buyer. Lack of communication with all parties too many hands on one file.

Matt, Sorry for such a bad review. I originally deleted half my emails from you because I didnt know you were my lender. I had my wife coordinate all the lending communication. I'm sure she will give a good review because your communication people did great with her. I would recommend you use a different name on your email, honestly yours looks super sketchy. Try 'XYZ Lending' and maybe call your client on the phone to make sure they know you're sending the email.

Proper communication and updates. We never received updates on the status of our loan and when additional documents were needed, we would find out at the last minute. Also, when we asked for items like our credit report or other documents, it would have been nice to receive them the first time we asked instead of the 5th or 6th time. Our closing was moved multiple times and ultimately was pushed back a week because we were never updated on additional documents that were needed.

I've been told at least 3 times that the loan was done and being funded. Then I was told to jump through another hoop. I signed closing doc's 3 times. The girl was 1.5 hours late then that night had to come back because she didn't have me sign everything. Then another guy came days later and again I had to resign paper. If I got paid for my wasted time you'd owe me money. If it wasn't for Gina I was going to cancel the loan and even stop payment on the appraisal Mariam needs to tell people
