This was THE hardest transaction to close in my entire real estate career to date. Natalie did not communicate at all with me and was elusive with the buyer. When I'd asked why I was having to get some info from my client (the buyer) Natalie mentioned it was because certain rules and regulations prohibit her from telling me certain things, like income and financials. The issue at hand had nothing to do with anything financial and was a timing issue. So much more to say; Not enough space here.

My loan originated with Joe's wife Sue. She was unorganized to say the least. I never spoke a word to Joe. I received emails asking for certain documents but nothing more. I can not rate Joe's performance. I understand that Joe and his wife work for different companies. I understand that Sue Schoney is not in question on this survey however her performance was horrible. Both myself and the seller are not happy with the service given to us. I will never recommend either parties.

Phil promised to communicate regularly, at least 2x daily but instead I didnt hear from him for 2 days, then he was out of the office. My transaction is jeopardized because of his representative and Phil did not take ownership or responsibility!

We have transacted business previously with NAF to reasonable outcomes. This experience was dysfunctional, incompetent, and misrepresentational. Rob Briggs did not represent us well as clients, instead choosing to put himself and his commission as his #1 priority. Along with poor follow up, we had a VERY unfair valuation on our property, which I provided Rob with proof of its inaccuracy. He agreed, so I asked him to please fight for us, which he determined not to do. Never work with him.

This was my third time purchasing a house and by far the worst experience possible ever. I felt like i got taken advantege of, interest given to me when applied and right before closing change by a lot even tho interest on market actually dropped, and waiting to tell me at the end gave me no chance to look elsewhere for loan. I would not recommend newamerican no anyone else, company doesn't seem like it knows what is doing.
