We started our refinancing in July. By September we were still in limbo without any updates. Many of our friends and family members who started their refinancing after us had already closed. We attempted to contact Scott many times by email and phone and did not get any response. Finally we called his supervisors and suddenly we closed in days. At least I think we are closed since our current account shows a zero balance. We have not received any notification from anyone.

My first review was mysteriously deleted. Patrick started off great. However, his communication with us slowly diminished as time went on. It would take him days to a week to respond back. At the end, he just completely ignored us. Wouldn’t recommend.

There was a constant state of confusion and lack of communication in my interactions with Drew, many times I would receive one or two line emails requesting documentation that I had already provided. At one point, I was lied to by Drew, who had set up a closing appointment for me. After waiting at the designated location for 1/2 hr I called him and he told me the notary "couldnt find it", even after I gave him an address ahead of time. I found out later the appt was never made.

Drew did not honor the fees he quoted. We had to come up with an extra $3000 at closing that we weren’t expecting. He also stopped returning my calls, emails, and texts. He knew he screwed up, and could not fix it. It was a classic case of bait and switch. We are very unhappy, and will continue to fight to get the money we are owed.

It took 2 months to refinance my mortgage. I wasn't told to get pest inspections, and water tests until over a month. I was told someone was handling my file and when I tried to get in touch with her, I was told she hasn't worked there in weeks. The were numerous emails and phone calls that would go unreturned. I have purchased numerous homes and got many loans. This was my worst experience in 59 years. Once Drew gets you to refinance, you don't hear from him.
