Everyone was condescending, unprofessional, and no one seemed to know what they were doing. Also, they blamed the EXTREMELY late closing date on us. They didn't do anything on time, and it was a HORRIBLE experience. New employees at the company would make it better.

I tried avoiding filling out this survey so I didn't have to deal with it, but since I keep getting pestered about this very unpleasant experience, I may as well just vent. Ms. Lee is unresponsive and uninformative. I would go as far as venturing to say deceitful. For example, for a while my rate was 4.375%. Then, all of a sudden it went up to 4.5%. I asked her about it and she said it could be brought back down. In the end, we closed at 4.5% without a clear explanation why the rate went up.

Respond to emails faster not just when YOU want something. Being a new homeowner, I shouldn't have to wait 7 days to find out something that was submitted was wrong or be left in limbo after something was sent. Communication was just horrible the last 3 weeks. I missed 3 closing dates for something you guys ended up making an exception for anyway.

There were mistakes everywhere, and still are on our documents. When this individual spoke, it was so fast I got off phone calls feeling frustrated and unsure of the communication with poor explanation. I will not do business with New American again, nor will I advise others to. The loan processor only wished to communicate by email making transmitting paperwork difficult. Her emails were full of typos. I was disgusted by the lack of professionalism by both individuals.

Sean was great at first and stayed on top of everything. The second the file got moved to processing we never heard from him and he did not help get the transaction closed on time. It's like he disappeared.

To work with someone that dose not ignore my phone calls I realize I am not his only client it took Scott 3 weeks to return 1 of my phone calls very unprofessional my journey started on August 22nd.closed on April 28th. I know there were a lot of hurdles to overcome Scott could have been a lot more helpful myself and my husband feel that we should have been paid for all the leg work we did not Scott
