Always talked down to me and was disrespectful . showed no consideration when my closing was delayed because of things that werent put in on time on their end . Had 0 communication with bobby. they both would tell me to do something when I already gave them the information or the other one, and would come acrosss very rude and short when I'd tell them I've already done what they asked. Tried to overcharge me on certain things, all but said I'm an idiot and needed it to be done, then called back 2 hours later and blamed Someone else for a typing error. Overall just treated like trash.

Horrible Commnication from start to finish. Was told and given different information throughout the process. Several calls and emails never answered. Felt pressured to close without accurate information or knowledge of the entire process. I would never recommend New American Funding, we feel like we lied to from the begin and the process was never explained. Zero customer service and regard for the customer feel like it's all about New Funding closing deals to benefit themselves.

To have been provided with accurate information. To not have to provide information or documents in a desperate fashion especially when the were not needed. To receive return phone calls or texts.

If Jonathan would actually answer his phone. If my payoffs were actually correct. If I wasn’t told one thing and disclosures said something totally different. I would have loved to receive correct checks to my payoffs but nobody answered or made this timely to get corrected BUT Jonathan did say he would before the loan closed. WRONG! Now I’m left with useless checks that nobody in the company will fix.

Communicate fully with clients -- you copy 13 people on some emails and 0 on others. If a team is large, someone needs to be point in order to ensure that all aspects are communicated clearly. Multiple portals should not mean that a client has to upload and send the documents multiple times because no one is able to access or understand the portals. A great deal of additional stress and work was placed on the client due to the lack of communcation between employees and systems.
