Zero communication. Had to bird-dog him and the other CHM people he punted me to. Closing was a total clown show. Took four days of my repeated engagement to get Closing Disclosure numbers correct. Never received a complete, accurate closing pkg until two days after the scheduled closing when the notary arrived (for the second attempt) at 9pm. Failed to meet lender compliance reqts. "Unprofessional" doesn't begin to capture. I persevered solely for the interest rate. Horrible.

can tell you what made it better. It was Courtney following up on everything that she said she was gonna follow up on if it was not for her I would have lost my place.. and as for Courtney, I think she needs she does is not as for Courtney she was great. She had down on every way that she could and I really appreciate her as for Kenzie Kenzie did absolutely nothing and everything she did she did it wrong and Courtney had to go back and redo it.

Competent mortgage staff. If I could reverse this process that still has not been satsfied i would pull my loan. I even copied customer service on an email to the loan officer with my concerns and still no response. The mission states they cater to those with brown skin (which seems discriminator). I guess those that are Italian American don't fit their demographic to provide service to. If the owner would like to call me I am happy to speak to either owner there is an outstanding balance owed to me.

Over promised, undre delivered. I received checks to send to the credit card companies. I was under the impression that the payment was going to be directly sent to them. I wish this was explained to me beforehand so that I would have prepared appropiately. I would've rather get the payments to my bank and pay them directly from my account instead of having to mail out multiple checks and having to print out multiple statements. Just feels like a waste of time, which is very limited for me. I am also going to be charged for interest this month on those accounts because I will most likely not be able to get them paid off in time. The check were also under Rachael Martinez, not Erick, so I might have issues to pay the accounts. Paying these accounts was the entire purpose of this transaction and now I am facing obstacles to do so. I have tried reaching out to Brian through phone and email and he's yet to respond. This has been very unprofessional. He had promised to call me after the transaction and never did so.

From the begining the communication and level of service was very very poor, I was not able to communicate with Mike Saggese at all, completely left in the dark with numerous requests along the way. Document request was not submitted in a timley manner.
