1. He did not have the closing date correct! 2. He calculated county taxes instead of city. 3. He tried to get me to pay for a re-appraisal because he missed when the appraiser came. 4. Tried to get me to pay 3% downpayment because he couldn't understand the $100 down HUD provision. I had to threaten finding another lender to get it figured out

Following the laws and improving on communication with all parties involved in signing paperwor. The loan officer claimed that they did have my number yet it was on my email and given to her multiple times. She did not follow the laws for running credit and then dismissed my calls, texts, & emails to only communicate with my spouse who does not understand entirely. She didn't communicate clearly all the extra fees and had us going to sign paprework days late and telling us to sign it with a different date. She still had not answered questions as we were sitting to sign to have some else finish it with zero questions asked. Completely unprofessional and felt rushed to lie for Meredith. Feel still overwhelmed with half truths an unanswered questions. In the future I will need to have legal counsel as I am positive this was down incorrecfly.

While my loan officer was very personable and great at easing my anxiety during stressful moments, the actual management of my loan left a lot to be desired. Communication was consistently poor; I never felt like I had a clear understanding of the timeline or the overall process. I was forced to be the primary driver of communication, often having to call multiple times just to get a basic update. Because of the constant need to chase down answers, I wouldn't recommend their services to others
