I can understand that this particular file was challenging. I do expect timely honest communication from the lenders I work with even if changes need to be made along the way. I think if better communication had happened I might have been more tolerant.

Dustin was absolutely horrible to me. I’m 74 years old trying to get my home refinanced and Dustin did not explain my loan and the cash that I had to pay for the rate he promised me. Dustin gave me a rate and did not tell me I had to pay an additional 3K for pointDustin talked down to me and said it’s not his job to explain every detail just the highlights of the loan. It was so bad that his manager had to take over my loan because Dustin was so unprofessional. Dustin makes the company look bad.

Dealing with more competent people that have professionalism and that can man up and admit fault instead of point blame at other parties I would’ve just been pleased with better communication and not dealing with all the extra stress we’ve been put through

I didn't hear from my loan officer at pivotal moments in the process and when I finally did our phone call was lengthy (45 minutes) and pointless. She proceeded to talk about personal things that had nothing to do with the loan. When I would ask questions regarding my loan I did not get answers. when asked to start the process we delayed for 3 months only to have the same rate. I have unanswered emails and text messages throughout those three months.
