The process from beginning to end took a really long time. I know it may have been in part due to COVID-19 but it still took a long time considering. I also had to inform NAF that my house was in a USDA area when NAF previous said I didn't qualify and come to find out I did. We wasted time with waiting on VA when we could have exercised the option early on to go the USDA route.

For the most part I had great communication with the Team. It was once it came down to the wire (COE) that I felt we could have had the final CD sooner to avoid last minute delays and avoid confusion over E-signatures vs. wet signatures. I understand that not all transactions are easy and simple, so I'll scratch this one up to COVID issues.

Jim was very polite personally however, would recommend that all required docs be presented up front and all party’s on the same sheet of music !

The loan application was dated April 26, 2020; loan didn't close until July1, 2020! Consistency in communcations: The Loan Officer had my correct email, but didn't communicate it to the Loan Processor, resulting in many requests for information from me going to an old email I no longer use. That cost time and money.
