Having refinanced with Stearns previously, they just had better customer service, an amazing live app and website. I was kept up to speed weekly and the process was a lot faster. Yes, I ended up with a better interest rate with you guys, but the process and communication needs improvement. I felt like I was constantly having to reach out to get updates on the status. I’m glad it’s complete and it wasn’t horrible...it just wasn’t as easy or as great of an experience as I had with Stearns.

I received multiple requests for paper work that they already had and after signing the final paper work days later they would ask for paper work they had a month earlier. Patty Vongxay is the one person dealing with my paper work and made it the worst experience I have had doing a refinance.

I would like to have had better communication between him personally about the entire loan process. A lot of the time he seemed a little rushed when we spoke with him via phone especially when we had questions and concerns about the interest rates and other things concerning our loan process. Other than that the service was ok.
