At times hard to have loan officer call me back. I felt as though my questions were inferior and he did not at time want to deal with them

There were many problems this time. I made everyone aware of them. It was one of the worst experiences I've every had. I don't think it was Scott's fault, but the faulty of New American.

Oh it was memorable….because it lasted forever!! We applied for the loan in late January and we did not close until middle of August That’s an unacceptable amount of time!!! We had to resubmit all our financial info again It wasn’t until my wife got very angry that things got done

I believe that communication is key during all real estate transactions, but especially those that involve first time buyers. In my opinion, it is difficult at times to use an out-of-town lender as a first time buyer due to the increased amount of questions and also the need to truly know and understand the market in which the buyer is purchasing a home. This is one of the greatest investments most individual will make and I feel strongly that both the Realtor and lender need to be 100% involved
