Nate was great to talk to and I enjoyed working with him overall. I sincerely felt like he did do his best to help me get the best deal he could. I needed to go through the refinance process twice, over the course of over 4 months! This was due in most part to a subordination. Things were hectic, I understand. The biggest problems were the miscommunication I received in the second refinance and the incorrect closing amount discovered after closing.

First of all I'm a new home buyer. I felt rushed to upgrade for items such as the color of the kitchen cabinets. I desired a cream color which was not available although it was on the chart. Angelina was a diamond in the rough. She helped me stay in my right mind. With her encouragement, lovely, joyful, and delightful spirit. I thoroughly enjoyed her expertise in keeping me well informed during each step of the funding/buying process. I thank God for Angelina.

Bailey kept me informed of all the steps throughout the process, and processors did extra work to make sure the loan went through. I attempted several phone messages and emails for a supervisor and they all refused to get back in touch with me. The toxic leadership and their atmosphere of encouraging the bare minimum at the plano office is disgusting. I do not know how Jarrod Harris and Jeffrey Keeter have jobs after their horrible work ethic and poor customer service skills.

Alberto was personable and helpful in the beginning, but I believe the process took way too long to complete, and often Alberto did not respond to my call/email. I applied for a refinance loan in November and didn't close until February. That seems was too long for this loan to process. I don't know how much of that was his fault, but I do think the title people had something to do with it. There was also a case where a simple explanation of detail on the disclosure might have expedited the

You could have closed the loan in a timely manner - your underwriters kept coming up with more requests for things because YOU couldn't close it on time. We have excellent credit, income, lack of debt, yet your processors couldn't even get my credit union to give them the payoff, so I had to call them, and they had already sent it, but sent it to me as well... After that, YOU still managed to screw up the closing date - Marc was fine as far as a loan officer goes, but the rest of your crew not.
