Comparing to my previous lenders I found a good deal with NAF but it came at some added costs, 1. Closing costs were high compared to my previous lenders 2. The complete process was very time consuming 3. There were multiple parties involved asking for information through phone calls and emails. 4. There was no single point point of contact for all the information exchanges.

I could Patrick to be a fine loan officer. New American makes a more difficult transaction normally asking for extra things that exert the buyers circumstances.

My loan office Pam Rios is great, but the underwriting process is disorganized at the end. We sent all required documents early on but keep getting request on the last day and the day of closing. We had to scramble to locate the new documents to submit. Even close to the noon of the supposed closing date, we were still not sure if we can close on that day

I was working with Tony Blanco until 4 days before closing. Tony was fantastic and helped a lot. While Phat was friendly and attentive, I simply did not have much interaction with him given the timeframe in which he joined as my loan officer.

Ii had agreed to one thing with Mariam and then her loan assistant changed how the payout worked. I didn't see this until closing, I still signed but this wasn't what I agreed to.
