This was our first house we purchased, along with the first time working with a lender. I was shocked that I, the client, had to reach out so many times to proactively see what was needed on the lenders end so they had all our info for a timely close. I understand it was a very busy time with the market, but when you are pushed to use a lender by the New Home Company, and the amount of business they give the lender, I was expecting better service.

Max was great to work with, but I was surprised when I had to work with someone else. It would have been better if there was a personal "hand-off" to another loan officer. I had tried contacting Max with some questions, but never received a message back. I think this is due to him not handling the loan anymore.

Dave's part was fine, but once my buyer's loan hit underwriting it was way off. The Title Company didn't get clear to close until 1 hour before closing from the underwriter.
