The communication or lack there of was disappointing. Being a mortgage loan officer myself, customer service is number 1. I update my clients often on the progress of their loan, even if nothing is happening. This alleviates anxiety and panic from the client. The home buying experience should be pleasant and exciting. I firmly believe that a simple phone call, email or text every 3-4 days keeps clients informed and up to date on the process. They love it and so do I. Wilma did a great job!

Overall good experience just needed better communication from your team. Had I not reached out to them regarding VA funding exemption I would of not known there was an issue that needed fixed. It took 1 phone call on my part to get it corrected. When your team has the disability info and sees the exemption not being approved they should reach out to your clients. Simple fixed that saved me over $8000.

To be more informed. Several times I was misinformed about deadlines. It was not a easy experience for me. Many times I wish I had gone through a local bank.

I had heard some great things about this Company, but dealing with them was Not a great experience. Even though my initial contact with Melissa was very harsh and abrupt. I decided to still do business with them. Another major problem was the Company Not following up with me. I kept sending my information that they would claim that they didn't receive, and had to on several occasions keep resend the same forms. Every time I called, they would always say that they would call back.. Weeks later of me constantly calling. I was finally told that they couldn't do anything....Just because my situation isn't/wasn't the best.. I still feel that I could have been treated Better....
