My biggest complaint was lack of communication. There were problems with the appraisal that were not communicated to us. I had to contact the company after not hearing anything for 10 days. It would have been appropriate for them to reach out and let us know that the appraisal was being sent through a review process and not just contact me after I had reached out. A customer should be contacted immediately when there is any change not just a positive one.

I only heard from Jeff twice throughout the process. But Megan was awesome she answered all needed questions and gave the best advice possible. She kept us positive when we wanted to give up and pushed us through the finish line. I really did not like the fact that would could have closed a week early if someone would have been checking for our VA approval daily instead of waiting for the 10 days to be over! This was a very long and stressful process but we did!!!

It would have helped if there would have been a little more communication. loan officer was great with that and tried to help out as much as possible.

I never received any communication or feedback until the day before closing. I prefer to be in the loop throughout the process, but I am thankful we closed without a problem. Thank you.

I was not so happy with my Appraisal coming in low. I ended up coming out okay but there was a delay in my closing and I was informed the day before. As a consumer, this was anxiety producing unnecessarily.

Everything was handled in a timely manner but I was a little uncomfortable with having to send some of the same personal information to three different people. I would be a little less stressed if the flow of communication from team member to team member was better. I know that everyone has different responsibilities and they were very patient and understanding which helped ease my mind a little.
