The process was much slower than normal. The lender was very late getting started and getting the appraisal ordered. I will say she communicated much better at the end even though it was slow getting docs to title.

It was hard to get direct answers on a few things & very frustrating for the buyers & myself. I felt some of our questions Louis should have known without having to ask underwriting first. Because of that, there was a couple day delay on getting answers & some were never answered. The buyers told me at closing they were not confident until the day before closing that they were going to be able to close. This was very stressful for them & disappointing for being first time home buyers.

increase communication with each step, update on line information step by step information as to identification of third party individuals prior to interactions with them. information as to length of time to receive escrow $$$ from previous company.

Tae was personable and always returned my calls. However, we had an interaction (that was probably due to communication as well as poor company policy) that made me feel as if I was being bullied.

Well my first loan offices John he's a great he kept me abroad of everything that was going on updated with every level very helpful to me and my realtor then he left and they gave me a new loan officer that I hardly ever heard from and that's when things started going down hill. It's made the process even longer in the end.
