This is 2nd deal we've closed and I've referred several people to her. Everything was great up until the last few days prior to closing and it seems like ALL communication stopped from everyone working on the deal.

This is not directed to Christopher. His response time was well. He did a great job in comforting my client and I when the original lender (Shari) left the file mid transaction and did well getting the file back on track. Communication issues seemed more with the processor Paola and documentation. Clients were very frustrated that they had to resend documents previously sent already and the team did stay late to make sure closing on time but added stress at end of trans due to ?'s not answered.
