It seemed to take a lot longer than any refi we've done in the past and there was limited communication. Also, random people would call or reach out without any introduction from Toni. I had multiple people from NAF or the closing firm call me and ask for my personal information to confirm my identity even though they had called me. Seemed a little sketchy at the time and I've never had another bank do that. The portal is good and the closing went without a hitch.

Took a very long time! Everything was questioned and requestioned unnecessarily. Finally financed then received letter stating it was not financed and I was responsible for all fees incurred for late pay off. Contacted tee Thierry re: letter still no follow up!

I needed feedback and requested to be contacted multiple times. My initial contact was very informative and he was wonderful. Any time there was a problem and I finally got in contact with him, he was helpful. I requested feedback and had a question after closing and still have not had a response.

Purely the principle of it. Credit was suppose to be $1,629. Requested twice to have this fixed. Closing stmt was $1,596 credit. Not sure why you needed the extra $35, but all anyone has is there word. Cannot recommend your services ever. Hope the thirty bucks was worth it. Sorry - Rich...

My biggest complaint was lack of communication. There were problems with the appraisal that were not communicated to us. I had to contact the company after not hearing anything for 10 days. It would have been appropriate for them to reach out and let us know that the appraisal was being sent through a review process and not just contact me after I had reached out. A customer should be contacted immediately when there is any change not just a positive one.

I only heard from Jeff twice throughout the process. But Megan was awesome she answered all needed questions and gave the best advice possible. She kept us positive when we wanted to give up and pushed us through the finish line. I really did not like the fact that would could have closed a week early if someone would have been checking for our VA approval daily instead of waiting for the 10 days to be over! This was a very long and stressful process but we did!!!

It would have helped if there would have been a little more communication. loan officer was great with that and tried to help out as much as possible.
