Communication with multiple new people frequently led to redundant requests for items already sent/submitted. The team as a whole was at times disorganized, closing date and time had to be rescheduled with less than 2 business hours notice-had been scheduled for weeks. Some communications were recanted as sharing incorrect information. Sean himself was quick to respond to any inquiry, unfortunately-this is a team effort and with so many changing players at NAF- many balls were dropped.

there's a balance between too much follow up for tasks assigned and not enough communication. Several instances early in the process I felt the follow up frequency was too much. Then later in the process if felt like the communication dropped off and the time frame extended due to the lack of communication. All in all it worked out in the end, and I got the loan i wanted.

Since we had worked with New American previously, we were comfortable working with Patrick Alberson and his associates this time. He was great answering any questions we had, he explained the process since everything would be completed by computer and Phone. The process was completed in less than one month. I was very pleased to start the entire experience. The process was overall very easy and I would definitely do it again. But I am upset with when it came time to close and sign my closing docs. I was given new loan numbers and was told that I would have to put money either out of my pocket or readjust my loan value and then the docs would have to be sent back to underwriting and then my closing date would be pushed back even farther, all right before my original closing date.
