Over promised, undre delivered. I received checks to send to the credit card companies. I was under the impression that the payment was going to be directly sent to them. I wish this was explained to me beforehand so that I would have prepared appropiately. I would've rather get the payments to my bank and pay them directly from my account instead of having to mail out multiple checks and having to print out multiple statements. Just feels like a waste of time, which is very limited for me. I am also going to be charged for interest this month on those accounts because I will most likely not be able to get them paid off in time. The check were also under Rachael Martinez, not Erick, so I might have issues to pay the accounts. Paying these accounts was the entire purpose of this transaction and now I am facing obstacles to do so. I have tried reaching out to Brian through phone and email and he's yet to respond. This has been very unprofessional. He had promised to call me after the transaction and never did so.

From the begining the communication and level of service was very very poor, I was not able to communicate with Mike Saggese at all, completely left in the dark with numerous requests along the way. Document request was not submitted in a timley manner.
