Had to re-check every step as multiple options were not provided. Felt like dealing with money making machine pushing for their product, but after looking in depth MYSELF and exploring it was clear that there are multiple additional factors in mortgage application (we were getting a higher rate; clear errors in tax deductions in the future loan with limit to $750,000 was not disclosed; points system was not explained, it was very hard to get official additional loan estimates or scenarios, etc)

This is the third time I am refinancing, no one seems to be bothered and talks as if they are doing a favor for free. And this includes the Selami Law firm folks as well.

We had very little communication and we had to ask when the loan would close. Communication really could be improved. When the lawyer got to our house he told us we owed money for the closing which we were verbally told would be rolled into the mortgage. It all worked out in the end but communication is key.

I gave this rating because of the commitment which I received before submitting the application and the way the process was delayed after. There was no upfront communication until I ask.

Highly reccomend Brandon, he did a fantastic job securing the loan and securing all necessary documents from both myself and other sources. Did have hiccups in the end causing my closing to be delayed twice and finally closing on the third attempt. Company will not stay past 5pm to get things done which often left my realtor, lawyer, and sellers agent hanging for answers last minute. Aside from that, I realize closings can be messy but this just felt sloppy.
