Lorraine was the worst person to have as the 'expert' in this process. She is completely dismissive, rude and unprofessional. Her negligence caused us a lot of stress as she did not communicate with us thoroughly throughout the process. When we brought up our concern to her she blamed us for not doing HER job correctly. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE NIGHTMARE SHE WILL CAUSE AND LOOK FOR ANOTHER BROKER!!!!!

Never listened to our request. When we first called it was just an inquiry somehow it turned into started of alone. There was meant to be one borrower only for some reason it turned into both Borrowers. So sorry we will never go through this company again we've been a long-time customer and that sad to say that we won't come back.

I was not kept in the loop from Day 1 in regards to what was happening with this transaction. I always had to call and find out the status of the loan. We started with one LO and was moved to Matt and that was never communicated to me. We had almost 40 days from contract to close and still had to jump through hoops to get it done.
