There was a moment where I was unable to contact Mike or their assistant but had an urgent issue because they had sent over an a document that was non-compliant for what was needed by the state. My experience can be better by both having/sending the correct documents in the first place and having a better line of communication. Also, checking if everything is okay prior to going on trips or losing contact, especially if there are client deadlines during the trip.

Communication was not good at all. Prefer to use a local lender. Underwriting being on the west coast is not good for my business. Will always use local lenders in the future.

I'm still looking for a house but I can't get pre-qualified for a loan so I'm not able to look at anything in person so no the agent is not helping me with trying to get a loan and about to stop trying

Overall it was a positive experience, LO was always quick to answer any questions I had and signing paperwork online was very helpful.Paul was very friendly and knowledgeable in our in our meet and greet which was very helpful. It was a smooth process for us as we did not have to go back and forth on documentation. I would say that expectation could have been set ahead of time (especially for new home owners) on the process, an ongoing "what to expect" throughout the process would be helpful.

This was not our agent through the loan, and when he was assigned to this loan, we never spoke. I was also very upset to learn that the current MLO resigned DAYS after it happened and a new MLO was assigned. There wasn't very good communication.

Communication during the transaction was lacking. Phone calls and emails were not responded to at all on several occasions. Not sure why this happened, as my client did an excellent job on his part getting everything taken care of very quickly. Transaction closed but wire transfer was late and delayed the closing for my clients.
