I have been in the business for many many many years! This last transaction was the worst I have seen since working with the large banks. Now that I am the Realtor side the lack of professionalism from this company is atrocious. Had file for a couple of months and missed the closing because they forgot two documents and they did not know what to do with an engineers report. It cost my buyer several hundred dollars to extend the contract of which was not refundable from the seller. The local management is non responsive and the manger above him named Tim did not care either. If you are purchasing a home stay clear of this company as it is doubtful you will close on time. I will make certain to let other Realtors and teams (some of which top 100 million production) to stay clear as well.

This last loan with Vanessa was a disaster. It made me look incompetent and negligent. I took the heat from my buyer when it was the lender's 100% fault. The lender should have taken account of their mistake and honor what it was in the CD. I'm greatly dissatisfied and disappointed. As long as I'm in business I will not recommend new American funding. I will also mention that after closing the lender (Vanessa) never called to apologize and take responsibility of her mistake.
