Cindy is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and whenever I had a question she responded. As a first time homebuyer and a client out of state, communication could have been better. The fees were not thoroughly explained and I was too far into the process to change lenders. I appreciate all she did for me, just wish my experience was a bit more pleasant.

Better communication and efficiency. we had a long closing date and yet we felt like we were struggling to get things done the week before closing, which made this process a lot more stressful than it needed to be.

The loan funding at closing was a debacle. It seems someone dropped the ball. Not sure if you didn't know when the closing was scheduled or what.

Felt pressured/rushed in the beginning and like my questions were not legitimate. I felt that the consultant was annoyed with me in most interactions. Overall he got to the point and got the loan closed and did well with keeping us updated.
