I'm having the worst experience ever, mainly because of communication. The communication, or lack there of, is horrible. I shouldn't have to chase someone down for updates and general information. I'm going to take my business elsewhere.

Lender was in contact with listing agent instead of me. I ALWAYS had to ask for updates. They lacked to get all information needed at one time to make it easier on the buyer. Most unprofessional lender I've ever worked with. Will not recommend.

If Karina would have told us that it was a contingency sale from the beginning and not 4 days before we are to close escrow. This was the worst experience of my & my wife's life. Our aattorney will be contracting you.

Communication and integrity! Estimates were grossly inaccurate compared to closing and changed many times over the six weeks we suffered through her loan process. Jessica never once took ownership of her errors and omissions. Jessica was consistent, however, with her assertions that the new forms required by law were to blame even though she's a licensed professional. Already opening a formal complaint with the licensing agency and meeting with a lawyer to potentially pursue civil action.
