Professionalism. Communication. Pride in work performed. Making sure the client is kept informed, ordering the appraisal ASAP, providing buyer with completed appraisal ASAP x not 2 weeks later. Not waiting until the client emails at 9:16 a.m. on last possible day to close, "I would greatly appreciate it if SOMEONE would please let me know what is going on with my loan". I was told to "stand-by, then provided with wrong $ needed for closing at 1 p.m. Extremely Unsatisfied.

We were not informed as we should of have been. We had so many calls and emails to Fallon with no response for days. Until Oscar got involved then we started to get communication. My client is so upset over this whole process and to be honest I would be afraid to recommend any of my clients if this is how this was handled. The other agent has been so upset on this whole deal and said it was handled so unprofessionally the whole process.

I have to say this started out as a pleasant experience. Open communication from Eric Fard. This transaction appeared (according to what we were being emailed) moving forward. The upfront underwriting failed to identify a potential bump on the buyers for conventional loan processing. This was not identified until the day before closing. THE DAY BEFORE CLOSING. Lack of communication from New America was unacceptable. There’s not enough room to write all of this complaint. Would not recommend.

Never returned calls, very inattentive, lack of organizational structure in the company.

Unfortunately, there were no updates throughout the process on where the file was and how things were going. There was an issue with an encroachment at the very end when the title company had sent the title commitment 3 weeks prior. It was stressful on everyone, including the buyer. Every time I reached out to Rebecca I was told Toni was handling it. I felt like Rebecca wasn't even involved or knew what was going on.

Terri was rude, incompetent, and explained next to nothing. She lost documents constantly that I had sent. She was clearly unorganized as she asked for things already sent. During all of this she kept boasting about her many years doing this. She was also unprofessional, at one point she refused to move forward because her feelings were hurt. She also had me spend days getting useless information the closer did not even need. Stay away at all costs.

Hear from my client that he was being told they had the 16th as the closing date the entire although the contract didn't say that. Even then we still weren't ready to close by 9am on the 17th. Very poorly handled by telling us the day of closing that we weren't going to close for a week. This is the type of experience that leaves a bad taste in their mouths.

Responses to clients questions in a timely matter. Following up on scheduled appointments and appraisals to ensure things are on track. Being available for questions or concerns. Owning up to mistakes and apologizing. All of the things you’d expect from a lending company as a first time homeowner.
