Having the paperwork correct would have made it better and quicker. We received documents with the wrong address, emails requesting earnest money that had already been paid, emails wanting us to approve a draw on a loan we didn't have long before it was ready to close, Disclosures that had the appraised amount added to the loan amount so it said "amount due from borrowers - $933,000" instead of $418,144. Then the so called corrected disclosures that had the loan abount as $7,000 and the "amount due at closing" as $418,144. One mistake after another. One excuse after another. Knowing what we know now. I would use a different mortgage company, sell our current home first, or not build at all if my only choice was New American Funding.

I never even talked to David Rangel. All I received was the standard 4-5 emails., this experience was a complete s*** show. I would never recommend your company for anything other than a W-2 loan. I don't even think I would recommend it then. The lack of communication in the lack of communication.

I want to thank Alex, Jesse's manager, for assisting us in resolving the issues with the closing disclosure by reviewing our phone recordings with Jesse. Our home purchase was at risk, and Jesse was unhelpful in connecting us with his manager for a formal complaint, stating that customer service department will look into this matter and processing the loan was out of his hands. I had to reach out to Jesse's manager through another route. Thankfully, Alex looked into the situation and resolved the issue. However, Jesse did not take the courtesy to call or inform us that it was fixed. I would not recommend Jesse to anyone, but Bobby was always helpful and available for our questions.

No they are not good at all

No way I came to you guys as I was lied by Dean. He sent a good faith estimate and I said no for points also But all lies , I finally did it as I was already beyond my closing date. If I had chance I would’ve backed out

Envoy was unresponsive to requests for information. They sent incorrect forms to the closing, which was declared invalid, necessitating a second one. By the time it was done properly, I had been forced to take three unpaid days off from work and been unable to collect a half a month's rent for the property I purchased, costing me hundreds of dollars in addition to the stress caused by what was either breathtaking incompetence or utter disregard for their client. Be honest and loyalty to the company

Any sort of communication. Not being told by the loan processor that all documents were finished but by the loan officer that documents were missing. Not showing up at the title company for closing and then being told in their office that we would not close and that the income I had documented would actually not count. Having any sort of communication in the over two months leading up to this that would have allowed us to fix the situation prior to having to delay the closing.
