The refinancing took forever. I started in April I believe and it did not finalize until October. There were also many hiccups along the way for it being streamlined.

There were some instances that I didn’t receive pre notice of things including not notifying me of changes in the finance terms and the reason the appraisal was very low. Some instances of my texts were not always answered in a timely manner and having assistants responding for him. One phone call I had placed he seemed to be detached from my application altogether and didn’t seem to realize that time was running out on closing my loan.

The process wasn't very organized- would have been nice to work with just one person- instead of 3 different people was hard to know who to go to.

Avoid silly errors and idiotic requirements like replacing$100k check because underwriter is too inexperienced

Thanks for your assistance with getting me lower rates for my mortgage. Below is a few constructive criticisms that I would suggest in the future: - Discrepancies between what was discussed via phone conversation vs email request. - Multiple persons requesting different things sometimes made it confusing. Would be nice to have one lead person to discuss and funnel everything else internally for your staff. -errors on documents that I had to identify myself. - communication could hve been better
