Part of the issue was the time difference when we were trying to get closing information together. He was so helpful in the beginning trying to get them settled on something to purchase. As we got close to the end things were not as smooth and some was probably not on him. Apparently a request for title work had gone out in early June but the attorney did not receive it and no one followed up on it so the attorney had no time to get the title work back to make the closing date. So we closed late

Edwin was always responsive and helpful with the work he did for us. The overall experience was very different, though. There were multiple unexpected delays that caused us to miss our closing. The closing itself took hours longer than it should have because 1) there was some confusion about an earnest payment I had reported more than a month previously without response and 2) just the wiring of funds took hours.

We had to submit the same documents multiple times and the system for uploading documents was not user friendly. You had no way of seeing what you had previously uploaded or receive any confirmation that the document had been successfully uploaded. This was frustrating.

More clear and concise communication would have made the experience much better. Timeliness of responses was good, but there were too many moments when people asked for information that had already been sent and/or we were provided extremely vague responses to our questions, at times.

Don is a really great guy,and knowledgeable.We started great with awesome communication,but towards the end,not so much..Phone calls and texts were not answered . The day of closing was a little chaotic,I received a call that morning from a new insurance company,then once we arrived at closing ,we were told that we had to go wire funds, and the closing paperwork was not in,and we had to push the closing time back from 10:00 to 2:00.We didn't know our actual monthly payment untill closing.

Better communication throughout the process. Had I known the loan required more time i could have prepared all sides and I could have officially changed the closing. Having my client sit at a closing table for nearly 4 hours was not good experience and threw my schedule into shambles.
