My credit score was hit multiple times after I was told it would not when I applied within a weeks time frame. I was asked to provide information I had already given at the beginning of the process, no clarification was given as to why. Misinformation was given on what to bring to close.

It just seemed like there was a lot of missed communication then I didn’t hear anything for a while then all of a sudden it’s time to close and we have to do it now. I had communicated that I was a truck driver and need plenty of time to plan for the closing but that was not the case.
