The closing kept getting pushed back atleast 4 times, the points I had to pay weren't communicated, and the 1st time I went to close my documents were incorrect, somewhere along the line they thought I wanted to pay property taxes out of pocket when I never said that, and that's not common at all, and my loan wasn't like previously set up that way.

It took a long time to close. Just when I thought we had done everything, something else came up that needed to be done. Most things they were a signature here or there, etc. Should have been caught sooner and done "at the time". Example, the pest inspection was done weeks ago and it was not caught that we didn't sign it until funding the loan. Also, I am not on the loan, just the title. I had A LOT to sign at closing and had to sign and submit a lot of information that wasn't (I believe) necessary.

AT one point in a very difficult transaction because of the Sellers, she caled me and got angry on behalf of her buyer whom I also represented and with whom I was in close contact and who knew exactly what was going on. Yelling never solves a problem. Communication does. This was a corporate relocation sale. The property owner/Transferee was not the ultimate Seller.

Personal passing information that couldn’t answer questions pertinent to the inormation they were passing 2. Not available to answer questions in a timely manner 3. The process seemed to drag on. To many requests for to many things. Payout date was a day later than written paperwork. Seemed to be some miscommunication from people.

The Closing Disclosure documents were never prepared correctly. After several phone conversations over months they always had to be updated and “would be correct at closing” and they weren’t. Which cost me $6k in VA fees as well as a pointless $10k down payment. To correct them again, they would have had to push the closing back 3 business days past the weekend which would have caused more hotel expenses, travel and missed work for me which they would not compensate for any of those. Additional Joe was super friendly and responsive until the day of closing and he’s failed to respond to me contacting him since. Very disappointed from where we started to where we finished.
