The clarification of the Nina was horrible, being the first time buyer I was not fully explained each process, there was assumptions on both our parts, there was new information after the next step for me to do or figure out, there were answers that were not explained thoroughly or answered wrong, the empty feeling of not caring about me and my family as a family instead of a number or commission was the impression I gave, the step by step process was unattractive, frustrating, nightmare of a process that I could ever imagined being in, the only thing I liked was at the end at closing the manager of MIchelle stepped in and that was who I finished my closing with so I would like her pension or her commission to go through him, I would rather him do the work after each step and follow up with the next buyer through each process so that their not in this same situation with Nina

We had to continually stay on top of Jeffrey and John as far as dates and deadlines were concerned. They were extremely rude to us our real estate agent, and title company. They even hung up the phone on us at the end. They tried to push back our closing yet have nearly 1/2 the money in a escrow and 45 days for them to finish the closing documents. They were the most unprofessional loan officers I have experienced. Sadly my husband tried to call New American funding the first week of being assigned Jeffrey as loan consultant asking for a different consultant and was told he would not be able to get a new one. When we go to refinance we sadly will not be using New American Funding after this experience and we did select to use them again because we had them with our past loan for our previous house.

Tried not to be rude through the process but I got incorrect information multiple times. Was overcharged. Almost lost the house! Either a really poor company or an employee who is kept in the dark on how to facilitate a mortgage. Should have just gone to the credit union. Still asking for documents.

Too many issues to list here. Josh Burley is aware of them all and so is Esmeralda who never called me back. This is experience has been one of the worst I have ever had. And as of today, my previous loan is still not paid off because your stupid company sent a check and not a wire. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Gyan was not responsive and communicative during the process. He sat on our package and thus delayed our closing due to lack of follow through. Our mortgage was finally only processed after pulling in regional leadership. I would never recommend Gyan to anyone. This is the 4th house we have purchased and this is by far the worst experience.

I would say that he did not give me the credits that I deserved. He also made me feel very much like he was just trying to get money out of me and he was very nasty to the realtor. He was nasty to me and you know I felt like he knew I was in a tough spot and I needed a place to go being a victim with two children. I needed to get a I needed a place to go and I was promised also a credit for 2500 from the other loan processor that originally had my case and this gentleman Raheem was part of MMP program the MMP program so he would be able to give me some credits in different things like that and he didn’t never got me to credits. He was rude and nasty. He did not make me feel like he was really trying to help me as a right victim with two children and he knew what was going on. I felt like he did not, try to help me as much you know he was taking advantage of me for real because he did not give me all my credits. He didn’t give me the first time homebuyers. He didn’t give me any lender credits OK except for the 750 that we had to get readjusted at the last minute of closing and they had to cut me a check for it OK and he was just not professional at all I don’t know how he’s a branch manager and he doesn’t know about first time credits and he doesn’t know about you know that the 2500 lender credit that was given by the gentleman Matt and then all of a sudden now it’s not there anymore like it’s just crazy and I really feel like I got ripped off

Well for one I don't think I ever had a single interaction with Patricia. Atacey was unavailable the entire duration so that's two for two on points of contact that were unhelpful. My primary point of contact was linda, while she was very friendly she sis lie and get caught doing illegal overfilling which required me to go over her head to Steve shauer who had to correct the billing. Overall I would not ever use NAF agai. Nor recommend them to anyone and feel cheated over charged and screwed on this deal.
