Actually zero. But this doesn't let me use a zero Four weeks of application process. Loan approved. Closing scheduled. Disclosure released. Three day wait period is over. We're ready to go to closing. Heading into closing They pull the loan because the home doesn't pass the Fannie Mae requirements since it's a second home in a resort area. Yep. Could they have found this out early in the application? With the appraisal? With all the other documents we sent them? Nope. Five weeks into it. On our way to closing they pull the funds No thanks

The house was signed for on the 21's and the property has not been turned over, have not received the keys. During the process was insulted many times and talked down to. It feels like I'm not the right class of Latino for her.

After changing my closing date three times, ending up having to stay in a hotel for a week. This was the worst experience I've ever been through. It didn't affect Roy so he didn't care. I personally will never refer him to anyone

Sean's lack of communication and professionalism truly gave us a negative home buying experience. From the very beginning of the process with Sean we disclosed all information and expected that his "expertise" would guide us through this process. It was the worst display of customer service I have ever experienced and would never recommend him to anybody.

I have selected them as a lender. It was my biggest mistake. I wasn't able to close the deal. They had 90 days to investigate everything but they found HOA issues on the closing day. They work extremely slow and then they don't except their fault. Don't loose the deal for few hundreds. STAY AWAY from this lender.

This un-professional so called "loan officer" is a so un-attentive, seemed as if we were bothering him by asking a lot of questions as first time buyers!! He disregarded the most crucial info of a mortgage loan, the costs & monthly payment for 30 years. He sped through so many confusing terms & verbiage that I don't recall the product he offered nor whether we were approved or not?? Do not use this loan officer. Rude & full of himself!

I wouldn't even describe the experience as unpleasant as it was way worse that the meaning of that word. There was lack of communication through all departments, lack of taking the initiavte, with a lack of performance. Everyone working on this file had every excuse as to why things weren't getting done.
