Personally, I do not think it will make a difference. This was the worse home buying experience ever from beginning to end. We were treated like we were the scum of the earth. Talked down to and belittled as if we were servants. Never in my life or my husband's life have we received such horrible service.

I was promised the keys to my condo for Friday 6-30-2017 if I could be there by 2pm. I got there on time but no keys. I spent the next two weeks in Las Vegas going from one hotel to another waiting for the condo to close. It cost me an extra $1000 to keep my cargo van with all my belongings in it. This has been the worst experience of my life. You guys don't even deserve a 1 rating.

There were numerous conversations that were condescending in tone, actions items were not thoroughly explained through the process and he literally raised his voice at me on multiple occasions. This is my 3rd home to buy and I've never experienced interactions that were so hateful in tone. He sent rude emails to myself and my real estate agent. I will never do business with this company again.

COMMUNICATION! I'm very disappointed I used you guys to be honest. I'm so upset I got to the point I felt like I had to continue the loan through you. Josh did not communicate anything to me and I felt like up until the last point things were still being changed under my knowledge and as I was signing my paperwork I was still correcting issues that were in it. That is NOT my job. Thats why I pay you. I'm very disappointed and upset with this service and would never refer a friend here.

Communication has to improve on several occasions I would call or email and would not get a response on a timely manner. Many times I had to resubmit the same documentation numerous times or I would submit what was requested only to be later informed that it was not enough. It was my first time purchasing a home and there was a lot I did not know. Even at the time of closing all the documentation had not be disclosed to me or my realtor. Very unpleasant experience.
