Buying a home for the first time is a lot to experience, especially being unknown territory for most. Tabitha provided great insight prior to us selecting NAF as our lender. She said she would keep us up to date on rates and when it was best to lock in. I was hoping for that same communication/insight during the process but sometimes it would take days to receive communication back. We had very little updates on the rates (if any, at all) and i would’ve preferred more communication throughout the process. We only communicated more frequently during the final week and things felt very rushed. The other lenders we reviewed kept in contact more than NAF throughout our process which was surprising to me. Hoping to build a stronger relationship with our lenders going forward.

The processing department needs to be re-done. Calls asking for documents that were never requested (loan processor quit ) this what I was told. NEVER Call you just email unless THEY WANTED something. John was terrible. Michael the originator seemed to really care. Why send closing documents for me to sign on line when I am setting in person with the closing agent very confusing. David Keightley
