George Ashby was highly unprofessional and never accepted fault for the mistakes he made causing us to almost lose out on our new house. He promised to call and update and continually fell through on his promises. The only pleasant person we’ve felt with was his supervisor. I will not recommend George Ashby to anyone.

When we initially contacted Christopher is interaction with us was 100. However, when we had to change the type of loan and start over we did not hear from Christopher. I left several messages, phone calls and text messages without a response from Christopher. Becky Quarrles took over the communication aspect of this loan. Becky continued to keep us updated and timely responded to all of our questions. Thank you Becky for assisting us with this transaction.

The communication was terrible. Tammie never answered her phone. She was not considerate about my husband being in a different time zone. Every message or email I got said urgent or ASAP or we couldn't close. She did not have her stuff together what so ever. She should have reviewed the file when she got it for any missing pieces instead of sending me urgent messages each time she needed something at the last minute. She provides the wrong information several times. Worst experience!

There was communication at the beginning of the transaction, but as we got closer to the original closing date, I stopped get responses from Catherine or her team. 3 days before the 1st scheduled closing date, me nor my buyer had heard if we were closing or not. An automatic email was the communication we received. The entire team seemed to be very uninformed this file. V Pipkin reached out to me and had very little patience and even less customer service skill.

We had to send documents multiple times as well as our realtor and the title company had to, the whole process was disorganized. At closing the title company shared that they have never had a more difficult time with the process either. Buying a home and relocating with a family is stressful enough without having your lender ask you time and time again for the same documentation you have already sent to 2-3 people at the lending company. We were sending documents still on the day of closing!
