Unprofessional, always lost, not helpful, thanks to this experience i will not be using lenders services nor anyone i know or could warn from going with this company

A lender with better communication.

Tom has a problem of saying one thing and then doing another. I guess you call that lying. It happened on several occasions during the time leading up to closing. He also has a tendency to get upset when you call him on his dishonesty. There is no chance whatsoever that I would ever recommend Tom to any of my family or friends.

I depended on Armando to let me know upfront if I could afford to buy this house or not. I had never bought a house before and needed to know what I was getting into. Every number he gave me was not even close. It was one surprise after another! Then to top it all off you guys tried raising my intrest rate after I had already been locked in for around a month. Id tell you more but you have a 500 character limit and I am out of room.

Communication between your employees and customer. Multiple errors on paper. Alot of NAF players, with no introductions. Final closing information never was provided by NAF as promised. Provided trust info to Tom Buck week before closing emailed Melissa Freedom Title and copied Stephanie Moyer, Freedom Title didn't know anything about it and I had to provide it to Melissa. Continued to cause misery, worry, stress and tension between me and my spouse. No one from NAF came to the closing.

To begin with Nick Trudgeon would not answer my voice mails or emails. I had to go through the buyer to ask for information I needed. He usually would speak with her. Also, the contract was executed on July 10, 2018 and copy sent to Nick. New American Funding finally closed the sale on October 19, 2018. Our closing date per contract was August 10, 2018. If he could not meet that date, I should have been informed. The appraisal was not ordered until late September.

I am so disheartened by my experience with First Mortgage Solutions/Direct. Rick led us on to believe that they could finance us, we gave them 30 extra days and they missed the closing day completely. The day of closing we heard nothing from our lender and it was frightening. Rick was aloof, dishonest, and disorganized and led us on to believe he could finance a loan that the underwriters denied. Our realtor voiced his complaints about working with Rick and stated that he was "not impressed" but it didn't impact us directly at first so we didn't pay attention to the red flags. I wish I followed my Realtor's instincts. I asked at one point if there was a possibility of closing early and Rick told me "We are a high volume loan agency and that is not possible." My husband was offered a job that he could not turn down and we told Rick. Rick said that underwriting approved but if we just gave him more time he could close. Well, closing day came, and he didn't even know we were supposed to close, even though we and our realtor reminded him multiple times what our closing day was. We extended our closing (the sellers of our home were already NOT happy as we already extended) and I contacted his supervisor. His supervisor was decent enough to tell me that they may not be able to give us this loan but no honesty from Rick. I wish Rick was up front and honest before we extended but he was not, he led us on, and my family and I are without the financing to purchase the home that we have already moved into.

Hardly ever communicated . Gave wrong information to my realtor that caused me to panic. Only for me to contact my loan processor and be told he wasn’t sure why George said that he told George exactly what to tell me . My file was also missing many things UW needed last minute which is unacceptable George should have know we needed a gift letter the moment he knew the funds were gifted
