Little to no communication through the process. Late notice action request. No sense of urgency. 7 days after closing and I have no idea we're the funds I requested are or the status. I keep getting told, " it Closed".

Cesar started out fantastic but the longer it went the less available he was honestly I do think this was beyond his control that why I didn't rate him as a loan officer poor. the over loan process was a disater I blame underwriting and upper management not Cesar. Naf acted as this was their first va loan . asking for the same documents over and over again. you guys didnot have your act together. As a whole it affected the rating. Again it was not my loan officer just the whole process was unpleasant I felt the need to make multiple complaints which I was felt they left us very unhappy. Though we are appreative to cesar I really wish we would have went with a different loan company

Comminication we sending documents to be signec to explain what is getting g signed snd why. Also when there are delays it would be helpful to know what the delays are. Over all everyone was polite, pleassnt and professional and I appreciate all the hard work , it just took way longer than expected. Thanks again

things that would have made my experience better: Calls being returned by Kayla ; I called at least 10 times and left voicemails , yet I never once spoke to kayla. Concierge never mentioned anything about ADT being a 3 year contract which led to problems when ADT arrived for install. I felt as though I had nobody to reach out to when experiencing difficulties or when I found myself confused. Though there were a few days that it was very hard to get in contact with anyone , I do want to thank Kristen for for her support that she did offer during the process, without her and Edwin, I would have had nobody to reach out to . Overall it was an okay experience, It was just not all that I was hoping for in terms of communication and assistance when needed. Thank you for getting me into my first house, I will forever be grateful for you guys, but I definitely feel as though things could have gone much smoother.
