At first everything was amazing. Amazing communication. Then I noticed a crack. Added costs to buy points to lower rate without my consent. Since then, I found it hard to trust the consultant and commination became frustrating. Near the end of our time working together, commination was scrappy. Everything had to be done NOW; this was difficult because I work in an area with no cell reception for most of the day. All in all, consistent honest communication is all I'm looking for, and I feel that I did not receive that.

Loan officers were a pleasure to work with given the circumstance of my loan.

Tim was fairly hamstrung as to what he was able to do. Once the loan went into processing, there was little he could do to help expedite my process. Things really slowed down and communication wasn't great. Then I engaged Brian Kimball, who reached out to me early on in the process, and the process went from ok to outstanding. I would have given this overall a 4 or 5, based on the speed of which things happened after they left Tim's hands, but when Brian stepped in everything happened very efficiently, so I moved this score up to a 7.

Loan officer and agent did not communicate amongst each other very well. I felt like I was the middle man and providing information to them when they should have advised each other.
