We were caught off guard a few times by hiccups in the process, one of which resulted in having to take my wife off of our loan because of some temporary credit issues. We would have appreciated a heads up on the process ahead of time. I also had to catch some mistakes in CD / loan docs which should have been taken care of before they got to me.

This was an odd situation, since my lender was from out of state and Mrs Shay was the intermediary. I am not upset or disapointed in the level of service, I think communicating through the process of what things were and why certain information was needed would have been nice. This might have more to do with the lender in Oklahoma though. Not sure where their part in this process started and NAF's ended. This may be more about them. I do appreciate all your help in helping us with this loan.
