Dealing with Ryan Sparks on my mortgage quickly became an extremely stressful and unpleasant experience. Right off the bat I was having to contact him or his assistant asking for updates due to the lack of communication. I would go over a week with zero communication about the status of my mortgage. Due to what seemed to just be a lack of attention on my mortgage file, the process took months and my closing date even had to be pushed back due to the lack of attention.

Terrible communications, updates. In the last minute decided that the buyer is making too much money for USDA loan. I had to send several emails to get any answers.

One very important thing that I was upset with NAF is no open communication, no updates, no calls or email. The total process of refinancing is sucks! Staff are very incompetent! I would not do any more refinancing with NAF in the near future nor recommend them to my friends and family. I really have bad experience with NAF. It seems like those staff don't know what good customer service is.

This was a second refi I had to pay for because the first one didn't impound correctly. I found out when I got a bill saying i was about to be cancelled. I was told that NAF had to jump through hoop's NOT to impound and it is rare. So what happened ? Now the Second Refi has funded and they refuse to answer my email. They are very unprofessional. I paid for this service the least you can do is answer your customer's emails. NEVER AGAIN CUSTOMER'S FIND A BETTER COMPANY WITH MANNERS.
