There was a constant state of confusion and lack of communication in my interactions with Drew, many times I would receive one or two line emails requesting documentation that I had already provided. At one point, I was lied to by Drew, who had set up a closing appointment for me. After waiting at the designated location for 1/2 hr I called him and he told me the notary "couldnt find it", even after I gave him an address ahead of time. I found out later the appt was never made.

Drew did not honor the fees he quoted. We had to come up with an extra $3000 at closing that we weren’t expecting. He also stopped returning my calls, emails, and texts. He knew he screwed up, and could not fix it. It was a classic case of bait and switch. We are very unhappy, and will continue to fight to get the money we are owed.

It took 2 months to refinance my mortgage. I wasn't told to get pest inspections, and water tests until over a month. I was told someone was handling my file and when I tried to get in touch with her, I was told she hasn't worked there in weeks. The were numerous emails and phone calls that would go unreturned. I have purchased numerous homes and got many loans. This was my worst experience in 59 years. Once Drew gets you to refinance, you don't hear from him.

I never once got to talk to Jacoby. The only person we spoke with was a Chad Simmons. Chad gave us many different closing disclosures with different amounts due at closing for each one. Chad never returned calls. We had to ask for help with all of this the week before closing. The buyer got in touch with Jacoby at that point. This transaction was very difficult and didn't need to be.

Firstly, I want to point out that the start of the loan process went very pleasant. Kris VanWicklen was awesome and always answered my questions. Something happened to Kris so they gave me to Chris Loughnane. I haven’t spoken to loughnane once in this whole process. The worst was Mary Barreto. She messed up my paper work several times and didn’t communicate well at all. Adam Rose was the one I called for any help. I would like to write a longer review please.

Absolutely little to no communication. Took over 3 months to close. We signed and turned in every document required within 24 hours. Many documents that held up our loan were sent to us after the fact and sometimes weren't even necessary for our loan. When we had a question as to why our loan was getting held up, we could never get an answer. No re-fi should take over 3 months to close. Also, how much we had to pay out of pocket was 3 times the amount in our closing estimate. Very frustrating!
