My first review was mysteriously deleted. Patrick started off great. However, his communication with us slowly diminished as time went on. It would take him days to a week to respond back. At the end, he just completely ignored us. Wouldn’t recommend.

Monique didn’t seem knowledgeable in what was being explained/said to us. The amount of money out of pocket that she was telling us was drastically changing- 1st we were getting back money then it fluctuated & by the end she was telling us we would have to pay $5-7k out of pocket & blamed it on an increase in property taxes which was not true (husbands profession is property taxes). Horrible experience, wouldn’t use her again

You guys are crooks because I know for a fact that your commission check was very complete thanks to MY house's equity!! You should be ashamed of stealing the way you did to benefit yourself off of other people's hard earned work!! You didn't come through with what you promised, you just did whatever you wanted and didn't even ask me if I was ok with it!! I would never do business with you again and I hope other people catch on and also don't do business with you!!

If your doing a refinance you might as well do it yourself. No help question never answer it is like pulling teeth.

Your loan officers and processors and whoever is involved in a purchase transaction need to have full knowledge on county specific recording guidelines in order to schedule signing and funding accordingly, otherwise you shouldn't do business in the counties you are not familiar with.
