We were given inaccurate information. Our original loan offer bore very little resemblance to our actual loan. Without constant follow up on our part, next steps were not taken causing to process to take 4 extra weeks.

Everyone was condescending, unprofessional, and no one seemed to know what they were doing. Also, they blamed the EXTREMELY late closing date on us. They didn't do anything on time, and it was a HORRIBLE experience. New employees at the company would make it better.

I tried avoiding filling out this survey so I didn't have to deal with it, but since I keep getting pestered about this very unpleasant experience, I may as well just vent. Ms. Lee is unresponsive and uninformative. I would go as far as venturing to say deceitful. For example, for a while my rate was 4.375%. Then, all of a sudden it went up to 4.5%. I asked her about it and she said it could be brought back down. In the end, we closed at 4.5% without a clear explanation why the rate went up.

Respond to emails faster not just when YOU want something. Being a new homeowner, I shouldn't have to wait 7 days to find out something that was submitted was wrong or be left in limbo after something was sent. Communication was just horrible the last 3 weeks. I missed 3 closing dates for something you guys ended up making an exception for anyway.
