Verbal communication would have been great, as most people don't close on houses everyday, and don't know how the process works. Instead of sending unprofessional texts, and email. Ranging from calling my realtor an "Idiot" in a text message, to sending a hurtful email to my wife, who was only trying to help. When I tried call Chris Marr he didn't answer my call, so I called customer service to see what was going on with my closing. Chris sent me a text saying I was making him look bad.

I called Craig Several times and even left voicemails, he never returned any calls...i had to call New Americans big office to get business handled

Very disappointed especially having a positive experience a few months earlier. Never talked to Craig during the process even after leaving a voice mail that he did not respond too. Once we started having some problems I had several calls and emails to Ron Darko that were not responded to. My clients had several surprises including closing cost about $3000 more than expected. Another surprise was requirement to wire funds for closing in the total amount of gift check. Not enough room to finish.

Our experience could have gone smoother. There was several times we had to sign the same forms. It seemed that we had to push him to get things completed.

Linda was very disappointing to work with. Her communication skills or lack there of, caused ALOT of confusion and EXTRA work for my buyers and progress for this transaction. She requested ALOT of tasks at the last minute....we would perform, then she would change what she needed. Even after funding on the home we were asked to provide documents that WERE NOT needed and were already submitted months before. I have been a real estate agent for 15 years and this was the WORST I have experienced.
