Worst lender I’ve ever worked with. They changed the closing date three times. The closing date, they came with more requirements - it is not a reliable company. Damien King and Tamara Golightly didn’t have the decency to apologize and help us to close. 6 weeks of wasted time.

PLEASE READ BEFORE CONSIDERING New American guaranteed us we would close on time. Then they pushed back the closing. Not a huge deal on it's own it happens. Then unfortunately the seller of the house passed away two days before the closing date. We asked New American to extend our rate lock until we closed. They charged us $700 for every 15 days we had to extend. Although if they never pushed the closing date back we never would have had to extend. They refused to help us out at all with these charges. I can not recommend New American if you have any issues they will not have your back, and they will not work to make sure you close on time.

My emails are constantly ignored. I am dealing with Zach who is so unprofessional in getting back to me and when he does it’s very condescending. I do not recommend this company.

Worked with a Jon, no responses, no communication. Houses are being sold like crazy and they don't speak to you for large sums of money? Ok...business elsewhere

THE WORST! Michele Cardinal doesn't return calls for days at a time and make excuses. Extended closing 3 times, only to find out, it was a problem that couldn't be fixed, and they should have known this! Very Unprofessional. Stay away they will only cost you money.
