Andrew was a no-show throughout the entire transaction. He never responded to my emails or phone calls. The customer was also extremely disappointed with the transaction. I understand Andrew is the manager for John and Tony. However this does not excuse poor customer service.. I’ve been doing transactions with John and Tony for over five years and they are always on top of each and every transaction. This cannot be said for Andrew. Take me off of any cobranding marketing materials with this Loan Officer.

Take my advice and stay away from this company i closed with them recently.. two weeks after closing they call me jus to tell me they made a mistake on my property taxes so my month payment would change from 2,124 to 2,424 told them i cannot afford that cause that wasn’t what i sign for at closing .. they said oh well u sign a paper at closing that can allow them to change the price. So now am stuck in a high payment that i never expect, and it’s not my fault…so please be careful of these company and what they do to get customers then change your payment after

Communication was not transparent- in fact I still have unanswered questions. Lack of personal responsibility/accountability. No stated boundaries on work hours and rarely directly answered questions. Put us in numerous uncomfortable personal and financial positions. We and generous family members lost sleep and work based on mistaken calculations and lack of transparency (dodging phone calls and texts when we had important question). Numerous steps, including around banks role in appraisal process. Web portal is non specific. Assistant was too casual (using vague statements when information was received). Next steps were never clear. Ignored us at the 23rd hour and gave us mistaken information for the final wire transfer. I would not recommend him or his team, and I hate to say that... it was far more stressful than it needed to be. It is generous of us at this point to not write a public negative review, and just hope he learns from this poorly handled transaction.
