Repeatedly i was asked so sign documents digitally and the website would never let me in. I called tech support multiple times and they were not able to help. i had to work through my broker (not firdavs) to send th document to me to print and manually sign. i was not able to connect with firdav on the phone either

The beginning was great - very responsive when it came to the preapproval end of things. When things got handed off to a loan officer - is when it all fell apart. Too many hands in the file, too little communication. Requesting items the DAY of settlement is unreal with all the disclosure laws in place. Did we get to the table, yes. Was it a mess, yes. Was it stressful for myself, the listing agent and my client, yes.

There was a lack of communication and the underwriter from Quroum was ridiculous on some of the items that he was requesting this whole process took way too long.

We had signficant delays throughout the whole process. Stepehen was communicative only when probed, and some of the delays could have been avoided.
