We were told by Eva our house would be funded in 14 days that was in February 2021 she is a loan lady helping a client by our house. We have been told 5 times our house would funded and lied to. Now we have until Friday 3/20/2021 to know if it will get funded. We should have been funded feb 26th, 2021 She lacks communication she doesn’t respond to emails, texts or calls, but spend hours everyday on Facebook explaining how to buy a house . I’m glad you sold all these house but our’s how do you have two managers and yourself “expediting” this when you don’t communicate with our lady viA email in Arizona until it’s convenient to you. Obviously you’re taking on to much loans when ours should of been processed months ago

My experience started out well and about 1 month in all communication was lost and i had to start fallowing up on a weekly basis to figure out where i was at in the process. Very dissatisfied with the overall service and communication. To top it all off when i showed up for closing i had to pay a closing cost that i had no idea about and was not informed about. All along i was told that there would be no cash at closing i would not have been so upset with this if i would have been told about it before showing up to my closing.

Very disappointed in the company. Before applying we let them know that my wife was currently in the prodded of switching jobs (same pay same position just a new company) I was assured that this wouldn’t be an issue and to go ahead and apply. Fast forward a couple of weeks and now it’s an issue that she doesn’t have two pay full time pay stubs with this new company. This company has made promises that they haven’t been able to keep and going forward I will not be doing business with them because I do not trust them.

Jon seemed like a great loan officer to me at first until his real colors showed. I asked Jon if he'd be able to match another loan I was looking at. He told me that if I got all my documents in on that night, he'd match that loan by getting exceptions. I got my documents in and be did not get me any additional discounts. When I asked about this, he kept lying to me about it and was condescending and talked over me. Even after talking to Jon's manager, Ryan King, I was told that there was nothing he could do to make things right even though I had proof that Jon promised this to me. I feel taken advantage of and did not feel like either respected me as a customer or a person.

This was one of the lenders we applied with. The communication was sorely lacking. If I didn't initiate communication, I never knew what was happening. They also told me that they were unable to accept third party funds which is something I've never heard and an non existent issue we had another lender we started working with.

94 days to close a refinance and I was charged for the lock extension fees that I was completely not responsible for. Messy from the beginning. I don't recommend this company.

The closing statement changed multiple times with very little communication from the lender. $3000 PMI was added to the loan at the last minute, which put the loan over the 80% LTV threshold. I was told that the 79% loan to value would increase the interest rate due to the lender viewing this as higher risk! What?! I was later told by a realtor this was bait and switch. Poor company to do business with.
